How to Customize the Order of Collections on Your Artwork Archive Public Profile

Choose which Collections appear on your Artwork Archive Public Profile and set the order visitors see them in, by title or a custom order you arrange yourself.

Your Collections are one of the clearest ways to guide visitors through your artwork on your Artwork Archive Public Profile. You choose which Collections visitors see and the order they appear in, so you can put your newest body of artwork first or arrange your Collections by year, medium, or theme.

How to Customize the Order of Collections on Your Public Profile

  1. Click My Profile in the left-side menu

  2. Click the Profile Settings tab at the top

  3. In the right-hand column, click Page & Piece Order to expand the panel. It is collapsed by default, and its subtitle reads Piece order, landing page, collections.

  4. Turn on Show collections

  5. Use the Collection Page Ordering dropdown to sort your Collections by Title, or select Custom Order

  6. If you chose Custom Order, click Customize Collection Ordering below the dropdown

  7. Set the order in either of two ways:

    1. By number: select the order number you want each Collection to appear in

    2. Drag and drop: click and hold the three gray lines on the far right of a Collection and drag it into place

Did you know?

Your collection ordering saves automatically. Every ordering change saves as you make it, so there is no Save button to look for. To see the result, click View Public Profile at the top right of the Manage Your Public Profile page. You can preview your Public Profile this way even while it is still private.

How Your Collections Display to Visitors on Your Public Profile

Your Collections page displays as cards, one card for each Collection you have chosen to show. Visitors click a card to open that Collection.

Inside an individual Collection, your Pieces display in whichever Tile View or Grid View you have set for your Artwork page, so the two always match. To change that, see How to Change the Layout of Artworks on Your Public Profile.
