You can customize how you view your artwork and easily find pieces by filtering and sorting your artwork.
Use filter to find subsets of your artwork. For example, you can filter your work by type of work (oil painting etc.) to view that section of works only.
Use sort to arrange the order in which those pieces are displayed.
To filter your pieces:
Select Artwork in the left-side menu. Click the gray Filter button.
From here you can filter your pieces based on Status, Location, Date, Medium, Price, Size, Collections, Editions, Type, Subject Matter, and Tags.
You can choose more than one filter at a time.
To remove a filter, click the blue X next to the filter you'd like to remove in the Active Filters section. To remove all filters, click Clear All Filters.
NOTE: You can also filter for missing data. (For example, you want to bring up all of the piece records that do not have an image attached to them yet).
To do so, click 'More' > 'Missing Data Filter' then choose the missing data filter you'd like to filter for.
To sort your pieces:
Select Artwork in the left-side menu.
Click Sort in the upper right-hand corner. From the drop-down menu, you can choose to view your pieces in order of Title (a-z or z-a), Price (low or high), Inventory Number (low or high), Size (smallest or largest), Creation Date (recent or old), and Date Added (recent or old), and Type (a-z or z-a).
