How to Upload Artwork

Step-by-step guide for uploading artwork individually, in bulk, or via import on Artwork Archive.

Updated over 6 months ago

There are three ways to get artwork into your account:

  1. Upload new pieces one at a time

  2. Add up to 20 pieces at a time with Bulk Upload

  3. Import via spreadsheet using our Import Service

We recommend uploading high-resolution images for your pieces:

  • We accept most image types up to 30 MB each and you can upload up to 30 images per piece record.

  • If you choose to have a Public Profile, the images will automatically be downsized for web-viewing.

  • Your original high-resolution images will be stored on the Piece Record as "Original Image Files" at the bottom left.

  1. Navigate to Artwork in the left-hand menu on your main dashboard

  2. Click the gray +New Piece button from the top menu

    1. You will find all of the various possible fields here. The only required field is the title. Have questions? Check out our Guide to Filling Out a Piece Record

  3. To add images to a Piece Record, click Add images
