The Reports feature in Artwork Archive includes the option to "Custom Order" your pieces, which allows you to manually rearrange the order of your artworks. To utilize this feature, follow the steps below.
Choose the report you want to generate and and select "Custom Order" from the dropdown menu titled "Piece Sort Options (for final report)" as shown below.
Next, select the artworks you want to include in the report and click the blue button that reads "generate report."
Now, choose the order of your artworks by either selecting a numerical order from the drop down menu or manually moving each artwork by clicking on the three lines to the far right and dragging each piece up or down into the desired order.
Please note: on mobile phones, you must order the artworks numerically.
Once you are happy with the order of your artworks, click the blue button that reads "Generate Report" at the bottom of the screen.
After your report has been generated, you can edit it and continue to rearrange your artworks. Simply click on the edit icon to the right of the report and you will be brought back to the original page where you can add or remove artworks from your report list.
Customizing the order of artworks in reports gives you more control over how your work is displayed to potential buyers, exhibition partners, and others in your network.
