When generating certain Report types, you can choose exactly how your artworks are arranged before sharing it with a gallery, collector, or exhibition partner. The Custom Order option lets you sort Pieces by number or drag and drop them into the sequence that presents the artwork best.

Custom ordering is available for select Report types only. You will see the Piece Sort Options drop-down when generating a compatible Report.
Customize the Order of Pieces in Reports
Select the Report type you want to generate, then find the Piece Sort Options (for final report) drop-down and choose Custom Order
Select the Pieces you want to include in the Report
Select the blue "Next" button to proceed to the Custom Ordering page
Choose the order of your Pieces. There are two ways:
On desktop: Click the three lines icon to the far right of each piece and drag it up or down to reorder.
On any device (desktop, mobile, tablet, etc.): Use the drop-down menu next to each piece to assign a numerical order.
When your artworks are in the desired order, click the blue Generate Report button at the bottom.
How to Revise the Custom Order of an Existing Report
Already generated a report but want to change the order? You can reopen any report and adjust the sequence before regenerating.
Navigate to Reports/Docs in your left-side menu
Select the blue pencil icon next to the Report you want to update
Add or remove Pieces as needed, then select the blue Next button to return to the Custom Ordering page
Drag and drop or reassign numerical order to your Pieces
Select the blue Generate Report button to save the updated version
