The "Bulk Edit" feature allows you to update multiple artworks simultaneously, saving time and streamlining your workflow. Here's how to use it:
On the main Pieces page, select Bulk Actions > Bulk Edit from the top menu.
Choose the artworks you want to edit using the "piece picker" and filters.
Click the blue Add button to move pieces to the "Selected Pieces" section.
Once pieces are selected, click Next at the bottom to continue.
Select the artwork details you want to update on all selected pieces by clicking on the blue text. You can also select the option Update Multiple Fields at Once.
When done, click the blue "Confirm Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.
You'll be redirected to the main artwork landing page, where green and blue notes under the piece titles will confirm the changes. Refresh your browser to see all updates across your edited artworks.
