How to Create a Public Profile (for Collectors)

Set up a Public Profile to share your art collection, connect with other collectors, and get discovered on Artwork Archive's Discovery platform.

Collectors who want to use the Public Profile feature have a range of options to create their own vision of a publicly linked page.

By default, all of the information in your account is private. However, you can choose to share the work in your collection with a general audience using the Public Profile. If you prefer to share your collection privately, you can also create Private Rooms.

Here is how to get started creating a Public Profile.

Your Profile Footer can be used for additional info that you want to follow the works on every page. Here, you can add copyright information as well as additional links or a brief statement about your collection.

To display Collections, set each Piece to Public and toggle on Show collections under Profile Settings > Page & Piece Order. What else you can customize

Once your profile is public, there's more you can do to make it your own:

  • Choose your layout. Pick side or top navigation, Tile or Grid view, and more under Profile Settings > Layout & Display.

  • Let visitors sort, filter, and search. Turn those controls on under Layout & Display.

  • Show more than Sold status. Turn on Show All Statuses under Essential Settings.
