With Artwork Archive's "Bulk Edit" feature, it's simple to quickly update various details of many artworks at once. Save time and reduce administration bandwidth by quickly updating artworks in bulk.
Here are some of the ways to take advantage of this feature and, by doing so, optimize your workflow.
When viewing your artwork on the Pieces page, you can select "Bulk Actions" at the top of the page and then choose "Bulk Edit" from the drop down menu, as shown below.
On the next page, you will be prompted to select the artworks you wish you edit.
You can choose your artworks using the "piece picker" and quickly filter your inventory to find the artworks you want to update.
Once you have selected your artworks, click the blue "Next" button.
Now you can choose what artwork details you want to update by clicking on the blue text. You can also choose to update "Multiple Fields at Once," as shown by the arrow below.
When updating multiple fields at once, simply enter the details you want to update in the fields as shown below.
When done, click the blue "Confirm Changes" button at the bottom of the screen.
After clicking on "Confirm Changes," you will be redirected back to your main artwork landing page. Next to the artworks that you have updated, you will see a green and blue note confirming that the changes have been implemented.
Refresh your browser to see all updates across your edited artworks.
